House with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and private terrace overlooking the Cathedral. It has a central location in Zaragoza street, next to Plaza Nueva, and only 3 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Apartment for 8 people. Reservations will not be accepted for groups of young people, bachelor / bachelorette parties, etc. (check conditions).

Refurbished to a high standard respecting the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features. With wooden floors, original artwork and contemporary furnishings. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans. Free WIFI internet is included.

The house is distributed over three floors, with private elevator. With a living area of 155 m2 inside + 57 m2 outside.

The living room has 2 large sofas, armchair, coffee table and TV. Two windows overlooking the street Zaragoza. Dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances for self-service, including oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There are 2 extra beds available in bedroom 3, completing the capacity of the house for up to 8 people.

3 bathrooms: Bathroom 1 with bathtub (inside bedroom 1). Bathroom 2 with shower (next to the living room). Bathroom 3 with shower (next to bedroom 3).

The house has a private terrace on two levels. The lower terrace, which is located on the third floor of the house, is equipped and decorated with dining table, canopy and plants. The upper terrace offers exceptional views towards the Cathedral. The outdoor furniture includes 4 sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the pleasant views and breezes of Seville.

Refundable security deposit:

Upon arrival, you will be required to pay a refundable security deposit to cover any damages, etc. For this apartment, the deposit is: 200 €.

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment:

The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The other option is to pay the balance by bank transfer, at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Please request account details by email.

Check-in time:
16:00 to 22:00h. Late check-in from 22:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).

Airport transfer: 30 EUR (1-4 pax); 60 EUR (5-7 pax). 5 EUR extra for late transfers from 10PM to 8AM. Reservation required.

1- No reservations are accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties.
2- State the group’s composition and relationship between people: number of adults, children and ages.
3- It is strictly forbidden to celebrate parties, play music, speak loudly or carry out any activity that may interrupt the rest of the other neighbors.
In case of not respecting the present rules, we’ll apply the normative for holiday apartments.

Chapter I, article 2, section 5 of Decree 28/2016, February 2: When tenants fail to comply with any of the obligations established by Law 13/2011, December 23, especially those related to the rules of coexistence, tenants may be required to abandon the apartment within 24 hours (with loss of the agreed amount of rent, and without being able to claim anything in return).

Cancellation policy:
The 20% reservation deposit is completely non-refundable.

Location of apartment El CentroEl Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.

The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans… The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.

Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.
