The apartment is of exceptional quality and finishes. With marble and wooden floors, original artwork and contemporary design furniture. There is central air conditioning and heating. Free WIFI is included.

The house is distributed over four floors, with private elevator to the second level. With an area of 180m2 interior + exterior space.

The living room has a large sofa, 2 armchairs and TV. Dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances for self-catering, including oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

4 bedrooms: the first and second bedrooms have single beds and the third and fourth bedrooms have double beds.

There are two bathrooms both with bathtub and 2 toilets.

The house has 2 private terraces. The lower terrace is equipped and decorated with a large dining table and plants. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe or enjoy the pleasant Sevillian evenings with good weather and exceptional views of the rooftops, including the Cathedral. There is a chill-out area with lounge sofas and an outdoor bathtub, with a diameter of 1,50 m.

Outdoor bathtub: Upon arrival, the bathtub is empty and the guest must fill it with water. There is only one tap with cold water on the terrace, so its use is limited to the good seasonal weather in the city.
